Attempts to convert all string characters in your config file to tiny caps.

This converter will (attempt) to convert all alphabetical characters (a-zA-Z) that are enclosed within double quotes ("") in your config file, to tiny caps.

It currently supports and detects default Minecraft color codes (&a-f0-9), newly added hex codes (&#xxxxxx), PAPI placeholders (%sample%), and curly bracket placeholders ({sample}). It does not support short form hex codes (&#xxx).
